If, for any reason, you would like to return your purchase, please contact us. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees on non-defective items. We do not refund shipping fees on returns for non-defective items.
We will replace any defective or damaged items; please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the item. We may ask you to return the damaged or defective item to us at no cost to you. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to ship; we ship via UPS Ground with a flat rate of $6.50 and free for orders (before shipping) over $65. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, APO Addresses, or PO mailboxes.
We ship Monday through Friday. All orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours as we strive to ship as soon as possible.
