What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for all online perfume orders.
Do you collect sales tax?
Yes—sales tax is applied to orders shipped within New York State.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Our perfumes are cruelty-free and only tested on very willing family and friends.
What ingredients are used in your perfumes?
Our fragrance ingredients include:
Specially Denatured Alcohol 40B, Hexylene Glycol, Fragrance, and Aqua.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack every order with care, but if your package arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of:
• The damaged item
• The inner packaging
• The outer shipping box
Please don’t discard the box or packaging yet—we may need additional photos for the shipping carrier to process a damaged package claim, even though we take great care in packing every order.
Once we have everything, we’ll take care of the next steps for your replacement.
What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right with your order, please reach out—we’re happy to help with returns.
For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How does shipping work?
We ship via UPS Ground with a flat shipping rate of $8.00, and offer free shipping on orders over $65.
This applies to all online perfume orders shipped within the United States.
Orders are packed and shipped twice a week:
• Orders placed by Sunday at 9 pm EST ship on Monday
• Orders placed by Wednesday at 9 pm EST ship on Thursday
At this time, we ship within the continental U.S. only and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, or PO boxes.
Can I cancel my order?
We totally understand—plans change. If you need to cancel your order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours of purchase so we can try to catch it before it ships.
