What is your return policy?
If, for any reason, you would like to return your purchase, please contact us. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees on non-defective items. We do not refund shipping fees on returns for non-defective items.
We will replace any defective or damaged items; please notify us within 72 hours of receiving the item. We may ask you to return the damaged or defective item to us at no cost to you. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
How do you ship?
We ship via UPS Ground free with any purchase now through Sunday, December 31st.
Orders that are received by 9 pm EST on Sundays, will be processed to ship with Monday's shipments, and orders received by 9 pm EST on Wednesdays, will be processed to ship with Thursday's shipments.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, APO Addresses, or PO mailboxes.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours as we strive to ship as soon as possible.
