Holiday Information

Welcome to our little holiday corner!

The holidays are a busy (and fun!) time around the studio, so I’ve put together everything you need to know about shipping, gift-giving, and our holiday schedule right here. I’ll keep this page updated throughout the season so you’ll always know what’s happening behind the scenes.

Holiday Shipping

Want your Callio gifts to arrive in time for Christmas? Here’s the plan:

  • We ship twice a week: Orders placed by 9 PM EST Sunday will be processed for Monday’s shipments, and orders placed by 9 PM EST Wednesday will be processed for Thursday’s shipments.

  • Order by Wednesday, December 9th for the best chance of Christmas delivery with UPS Ground.

  • Shipping will continue through Monday, December 21st, when the studio closes for our holiday break.

UPS gets especially busy this time of year, so I always recommend ordering a little early when you can. Once your package leaves the studio, delivery timing is in UPS’s hands.

Need a Last-Minute Gift?

No worries! Digital gift cards are available anytime and arrive by email, making them an easy last-minute gift for the fragrance lover on your list.

Studio Schedule

After a very busy year, I’ll be taking a little time to rest, recharge, and enjoy some holiday cookies. The studio will be closed:

December 22nd – January 4th

  • Last day to ship before the break: December 21st

  • Studio reopens: January 4th

  • Orders placed while the studio is closed will begin shipping when I’m back on January 4th.
