Another hurricane has caused destruction for many; the images are overwhelming yet again. I've put together a list of a few organizations that are helping the many people who have been affected.  The Miami Diaper Bank is using 100% of their donations to purchase diapers for families in Southern Florida in crisis. Best Friends is helping with rescue and lost and found; please think about donating to them if you are an animal lover! The devastation in the Gulf Area is heartbreaking and I've put together a list of organizations that are helping: Austin Pets Alive! is a wonderful organization that is on the ground helping other shelters as well as pet owners. Houston Food Bank is open again and looking for volunteers; if you are in the area and can spare a few hours, please think about helping out for a few hours.
